Episode 1
2020: Let's Own It - ft. St Kilda FCW's Kate Shierlaw & Olivia Vesely
Footy's back at Moorabbin!
On the eve of a famous day in the history of the St Kilda Football Club, Darren Parkin, Nick Splitter and Aaron McGrath are back to kick off the first episode of 2020 with a bang.
Just days out from the first official match of the St Kilda FC Women in their inaugural AFLW season, the boys discuss the list build of the St Kilda FCW team and the makeup of Conference B in 2020, the Saints finals chances in year one, and of course, the big Round 1 clash with the Western Bulldogs girls, coached by none other than former St Kilda legend, Nathan Burke.
We'll get to know the newly announced Saints co-captain, KATE SHIERLAW, and young gun, OLIVIA VESELY, as the girls join the podcast to give us a sense of the excitement within the club, and what it means to them to be able to represent the storied Red, White and Black at the famous Moorabbin Oval (RSEA Safety Park).
The boys also touch on a few of the key stories to come out of the St Kilda FC Men's team pre-season counting down to Round 1 against the Kangaroos, and answer some audience questions and issues from social media.
