2.5: St Kilda FC's Seb Ross on an AFL 2020 return to action

It would have been Round 9 of the original 2020 AFL Fixture, however in reality we've only completed one week of action. AFL players have been in social isolation like the rest of the Australian community due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, wreaking havoc on sporting competitions and schedules.

With a return hopefully not too far away, St Kilda Football Club vice-captain and two-time Best and Fairest winner, Sebastian Ross, joined an special, shortened edition of the Unpluggered chat room to discuss what the extended layoff has meant for the Saints players, and how they are preparing for a return to full training and live footy action over the next few weeks.

This podcast was produced in isolation via a Zoom conference call.

Catch the video of our chat with Seb Ross (and all our isolation Zoom calls!) on the Unpluggered Facebook page, and don't forget to rate and review Unpluggered wherever you listen or watch, and make sure to follow the lads on Twitter and stay connected with the podcast on all social media networks.
